Our note-takers can attend your meetings, hearings, presentations, interviews and discussions personally to capture the essence of the information being discussed and will relay this data back to you in a fully comprehensive, electronic format.  

Should it be required, The Transcription Agency also offers a combined service of both note-taking and the digital recording of your event.  Not only does this allow for a summary of the event to be provided swiftly on its conclusion, but an audio recording of the event is also then available should a verbatim transcription be required at a later date.

If you have a recording of a previous event that you require notes of, this service can also be provided.

The Transcription Agency believes that its note-taking service is particularly beneficial to individuals and companies whose main focus needs to be on following the information whilst it is being relayed rather than having to take notes themselves or rely on memory to recall the dialogue.  We find that this service is often utilized by those who are unable to take their own notes, for instance, individuals with mobility or sensory impairments who are unable to fully engage or require assistance in meetings, hearings, etc.
